Renovation Plans
This 1906/1933 landmark building has been vacant and neglected for more than ten years. The new owners have assembled a team of extremely talented, knowledgeable professionals to help accomplish the rehabilitation of this grand hotel.
Having a Ball?
This photo shows a suggested design for the refurbished ballroom on the second floor.

We have hired the architectural firm of Pahl-Pahl-Pahl, P.C. to complete the historic rehabilitation and ongoing planning and design work. New Communities LLC and Isaacson, Rosenbaum, Woods & Levy, P.C. have been retained for financial and legal assistance.
Colorado Preservation, Inc., a non-profit will assist with historic preservation issues. Qualified local general contractors have been contacted to provide the rehabilitation work. The assembled team is anxious to begin work.
Providence Hospitality Partners, with experience in managing historic hotels, will guide us in the management and marketing our unique facility.
We plan on two years of extensive rehabilitation in preparation of the grand opening in 2007.
Let's take a look at some of our operational plans.
