Jerry Kahler
Jerry is a graduate of Iowa State in Communications.
He has also been in the food industry for sixteen years as a cook and chef including the Iowa River Power Co and Green Pepper Pizza restaurants and ten years at The Sonoma Mission Inn in CA.
He and Mary are both interested in the kitchen, dining, bar portion of the Hotel and have a lot of insights as to what creates a good working environment.
He enjoyed three and a half years working for a newspaper and two in a photography shop.
His primary hobby is photography, which now includes hundreds of photos of Bent’s Old Fort National Historic Site and subjects in and around La Junta.
